By using Powerverse’s appliation(s), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. LICENSE
The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these terms. Powerverse reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. DATA STORAGE
The App stores data on your Microsoft Dataverse tenant, and you agree to the terms and conditions of Microsoft while using the App.

4. USER PROFILES
The App retrieves user profiles from the Active Directory (AD). By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by your organization’s Active Directory policies.

5. WARRANTY
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Powerverse disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Powerverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. PAYMENT
The use of the App may be subject to payment, as defined in the pricing plan presented to you. Fees paid are non-refundable.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS
Powerverse reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
